This workshop is aimed at senior management who have sustainability in their remit, or a group of up to 5 team members who are a green team or ST committee.
This interactive workshop is designed to:
Identify the UNDSDGs that align with your business values: Determine which UN Sustainable Development Goals are most relevant to your business and can be integrated into your operations.
Establish your Vision: This workshop works best when product, sales, and marketing departments are involved to create a shared vision. If you do all of those roles, then that's OK!
Goals set: Create five goals that you can use to create your sustainability objectives and corresponding actions.
